TUESDAY: 5PM-6PM THURSDAY: 5PM-6PM FRIDAY: 6AM-6.45AM 6PM-7PM

This session will focus on either lower or upper body (you choose) and will target specific muscle groups and combine strength with power and functionality. Finishing with a weight-based metcon and working until failure….Bring your game face!
